After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Richard moved into the licensed sector working for a national pub company focussing on acquisitions, disposal...s and development projects. More recently, Richard has worked as a Director for a national firm of property advisors specialising in Agency and Development.
Richard deals with a wide range of instructions including sales and lettings, site finding, development and property consultancy. He is an experienced commercial agent within the licensed and retail sector, alongside involvement in emerging sectors such as Electric Vehicle Charging and Telecoms.
With a dual background in finance and property, Richard is extremely well placed to provide expert advice in his chosen disciplines.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and keeping physically active. When time allows, Richard enjoys watching sport and listening to live music.
Jack has over 10 years’ experience within the commercial property sector and previously worked as a Director at Savills and James A Baker Chartered Surveyors. He specialises in UK licensed, leisure and commercial property, carrying out agency an...d professional work using both the profits and measured basis of valuation.
Jack regularly acts on behalf of landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals as well as an Expert Witness in the preparation of evidence to Independent Experts, Arbitrators and Independent Assessors. He is an excellent negotiator who will obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.
Jack has a proven agency record with the ability to optimise value for clients within a strict timeframe. He has been involved in a number of high profile sales and lettings across the UK for key corporate clients and has achieved notable agency results.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys keeping fit, cycling, skiing and going to the pub!
Evi has worked in the commercial property sector for over 5 years, prior to this she worked front of house for a number of hospitality operators. She first joined the field in 2018 as an Office Manager at James A Baker and later joined Savills a...s a Department Coordinator.
She is the first point of contact for the team in dealing with enquiries for clients and the general public. Evi ensures efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day to day running of the business.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, swimming and country walks.
